Frequently Asked Questions //
How Long Do Appointments Take?
A typical appointment is scheduled in a 30 min time slot, but may take shorter or longer depending on your unique situation.
Do Adjustments Hurt?
We use an extremely gentle, low-force adjusting style. There is no twisting, cracking, or popping. We also adapt our style based on the needs of each person. Like working out for the first time after a long break, adjustments may cause some soreness for a few days after, but this should quickly go away as you progress through care.
How Long Does it Take To Feel Better?
This depends on the type of injury you have and your overall health and health practices. Some people feel relief immediately, others could take weeks, and in some instances it may take months to completely restore function to its pre-injury level. After reviewing your exam findings, we will let you know the common time period for recovery for others in your situation.
Do You Take Workers Comp (WC) or Personal Injury (PI)?
We do not accept WC or PI cases at this time.
Do You Accept My Insurance?
We are a "Patient Pay" office. This means we do not directly bill insurance for any services. Instead, you can use our Patient Insurance Coverage Verification Form to call your insurance and see if your chosen plan covers chiropractic care. If so, we are more than happy to print you an insurance compliant receipt for you to send to your insurance for reimbursement.
We also accept HSA and FSA cards as a form of payment.
We cannot see Medicare Part B patients at this time.
What Are Your Fees?

What to Expect On Your First Visit
Your first visit at our office includes a comprehensive health history and exam. This typically takes about 60 minutes.
To make the most of your appointment time, we strongly encourage you to fill out the online intake paperwork before your visit.
Once your history and exam are complete, Dr. Liz will look over your case. In most situations, you will be approved to receive a treatment on your first visit. In the event that there are any red flags in the history or exam, you may be asked to wait until your second visit to begin treatment, or you may be asked to have more diagnostic tests done, such as x-rays, taken before your treatment begins.
Our 100-100 Promise
